I was alone at home and was feeling a bit lonely so just thought of checking out anything on the net which could help me make a little money while working at home. While I was googling a bit for any sites which could give me such an opportunity, I stumbled on the site www.24by7jobs.org.
I am not a person to believe anything on the very first instance and on face value so I decided to have a little check on the website. But the question here is how should I go about doing that??
I thought the best place to start is google itself. So I searched of any comments on this site and my-my did I find any comments! There were so many people being cheated by this site. The following are the sites where they have logged their complaints.

I still thought there might be some genuineness in the site. So I went to the site and checked for some things.
I checked on the url http://www.24by7jobs.org/. The url did not contain an "s" behind http i.e. the url was not https://..., this means that the site is not secured. Even if the site is of descent value then the site should start with https like https://mail.google.com/ etc. This check although good is still not a full proof way of identifying the genuineness.
Next I looked at the extension (domain) of the url i.e. "org". Many of us think that the domain being "org" means "a non profit making organization". This is a general misconception.
Anybody, I mean anybody, can have a .org domain irrespective of whether that site is a non profit making website or not. The FAQs of the registrar of the domain itself has clarified the same.
The screenshot on the left is taken from the site http://www.pir.org/.
So this genuineness proof goes straight out of the window.
Next I tried ContactUs page of the website. The contact address in the site said

I tried to check the address on maps.google.com. There is no Devlai Parisar on Beed bypass road. The only place with the word "Parisar" on that road is "Satara Parisar". Check out maps.google.com and type "Beed bypass, Aurangabad".
I thought maybe maps.google.com might be wrong and that it might not be having the updated map of Aurangabad so I tried to find the address by using postal/zip code given in the address i.e. 431002. I went to "http://www.mapsofindia.com/" and entered the zip code 431002. I still did not get Devlai Parisar in the result.
The below pic is the screenshot of the result.
I even tried to get the list of Post offices under the zip code 431002 by adding the same in "http://www.indiapost.gov.in/" but still no sign of Devlai Parisar. The screenshot below is of my search result.
I tried calling them on the Phone:07738575003 atleast 10 times but no one has picked up the phone.
The last option i.e. writing them an email has not been replied since 10 days now. This was the final nail in the coffin and that it has made my thoughts crystal clear that this site http://www.24by7jobs.org is fraudulent.
Also avoid going on this site as every click on this site gives them revenue. Check out the following site for more details.
